CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT
Reliability is achieved through a repeated series of stress tests on the product: continuous simulations on the yield and duration of the grinding wheel, on the mechanical strength of the anchoring systems, on cutting performance as well as on safety through bursting tests. This is the task of the Saidtools R&D team: to test rigorous protocols.
RAZOR MIX
Preservation of the wheel shape is a feature increasingly requested by operators.
To obtain this, Saidtools offers the innovative RazoR MIX, a special mixing system that allows binders to fix with extreme homogeneity to the abrasive (diamond or borazon)
With this particular mixing method, the abrasive material is automatically positioned so that the sharpest edge protrudes out.
PLUS-FIX
The application of the new discoveries of the Saidtools R&D team made it possible to create the new PLUS-FIX anchoring system which, thanks to the use of special alloys with complex geometries, allows an extreme fixing of the abrasive band to the wheel body.
