RAW MATERIAL
The batches of raw materials are kept separate and linked to the order in production with direct tracking.
MOLDING
The molding conditions (pressure and temperature) of each single product are stored on our servers.
GRINDING
The dimensions obtained after the grinding process are collected and stored in the management system.
RAW MATERIAL
QUALIFIED AND CONTROLLED
We select our suppliers based on the performance of their products, first of all consistency, and on the basis of financial strength for an analysis based on risk management. This allows us to maintain a high and consistent quality standard
Each supply of raw material is marked by its own production lot and kept separate.
The raw material is stored at our facility in specially designated places at a constant and controlled temperature.
